We charge a fee based on the employee's commencing salary when you make a firm offer of employment. BRONZE (our fee is 5% of first year's salary)

• We will feature your vacancy on our website and in the Kathy Chadd window immediately
• Select and submit suitable CV's to you
• Set up interviews
• In many cases we are able to find you a replacement member of staff already on our database.
• Of course, in these cases, we don't have to go to all the bother of finding that person. They are already registered with us, have been interviewd by one of the Kathy Chadd Recruitment Ltd team and are considered to be of the high standard required to work for one of our clients.
• You could have a new member of staff working for you within just a few days, for less than the cost of a moderately small advertisement in the local newspaper and with a great less waste of your time.

SILVER (our fee is 8% of first year's salary)

• We visit you to establish your needs.
• We write a brief job description for you.
• Organise advertising (at your expense).
• Feature your vacancy on our website immediately.
• Handle response to advertising and correspondence.
• Interview and screen candidates to interview level.
• Submit suitable CVs to you.
• Set up interviews for you.
• Assist with the selection process.

GOLD (our fee is 12% of first year's salary)

• We visit you to establish your needs.
• We write a full job description for you.
• Organise advertising (at your expense).
• Feature your vacancy on our website immediately.
• Handle response to advertising and correspondence.
• Interview and screen candidates to interview level.
• Submit suitable CVs to you with personal profiles attached.
• Set up interviews for you.
• Take up references if appropriate.
• Assist with the selection process.
• Send offer of employment letter.
